In the event that your Will is more specialised, for instance including trusts or inheritance tax planning or complicated personal circumstances, then the charge will be greater to reflect the complexity of your instructions. You will be advised of the additional costs before any work is carried out on your behalf.
A charge of £50 per hour (or pro rata) will be made for travelling to and from an appointment at locations in excess of 10 miles driving distance from Harpenden.
Please note that in the case of LPAs, there is also a registration fee charged by the Office of the Public Guardian of £82 per LPA unless you qualify for a reduction or remission of the fee based on a limited income or the receipt of certain benefits.
